Our processing plant has a 3000-square-meter workshop that can accommodate 400 workers. We have large cold freezer storage with a capacity of 3000 MT and the daily quick freezing capacity is around 300 MT. Our workshop has the industry's most advanced fish processing production line, and it’s equipped with a strip IQF machine, 3 mesh belt IQF machines, 2 flat piece of frozen machines, vacuum packing machine, peeling machine, sealing machine, metal detecting instruments, moisture meter etc.


Our plant holds the export permit issued by the Chinese government and has also been certified by HACCP/FDA and approved by EEC. The plant was designed and built in accordance with Chinese-government-issued “The export of aquatic products processing enterprises register hygiene standards” and U.S. FDA regulations and EU directives for designing the production facilities including the process testing equipment, advanced water treatment systems and high standards of biological laboratory.
The workshop is sterilized using the advanced ozone disinfection equipment and the workshop’s room temperature is constantly being adjusted using a large central air-conditioner to meet the export aquatic production temperature requirements. The fish fillet frozen products is produced using the flat contact and blast freezing technology to ensure the quality; and we are among the first ones in the industry to use the metal detector which adopts the dual frequency magnetic field detection technology to 100% guarantee the small metal objects will be detected and removed; The water we use on our production line meet the national drinking water standards and on top of that, our microbiology testing laboratory and other advanced equipment in the plant further provide a safety guarantee to our high quality premium aquatic products to the world!
